Quick and easy drop of alcohol - Butterscotch coffee, mulled wine, honey, citrus punch

2 cups orange juice

8 cups of freshly brewed coffee hot
1 cup butterscotch baking chips
1 / 2 cup heavy cream
6 tablespoons sugar, or sugar to taste
Whipped cream
Add butterscotch chips for garnish, if desired

8 cups apple cider or juice
1 / 2 cup brown sugar
3 cinnamon sticks 3 inches
1 / 2 teaspoon ground allspice
A pinch of salt
1 / 8 teaspoon nutmeg
Additional cinnamon sticks for garnish, optional

In a large saucepan, combine the cider or juice, brown sugar, 3 cinnamon sticks, spices, salt and nutmeg and bring to a boil. cover reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Discard the cinnamon. Use additional cinnamonSticks as stirrers in the cups, if desired.
